These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on www.daektilik, operated by Daektilik (SASU), registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 937 795 094.

I. Products offered

The following products are available for purchase:

• Digital books in ePub format
• Metamorphosis cards (physical item containing a unique access code to a digital book)

II. Delivery

• ePubs are delivered immediately after purchase via secure download from our website
• Metamorphosis cards are shipped via La Poste to the delivery address provided at checkout

III. Shipping zones

• Physical shipping is available in Europe and Lebanon
• United States and Canada will be added in the future

IV. Shipping fees

• Free shipping with Europe
• Flat-rate shipping for the US and Canada (to be confirmed)

V. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• Paypal
• Stripe

All transactions are secured.

VI. Return policy

• No returns or refunds are accepted for digital products (ePubs), as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code
• Although Metamorphosis cards are physical items, they grant immediate access to a digital product and are therefore not eligible for returns
• Print-on-demand booms are managed by Amazon and fall outside our return policy
